  6. Paris Opera

The Paris Opera, also known as the Garnier Opera House, is an opera house located in Paris, France, with 2,200 seats and a total area of 11,237 square meters.

The opera house was designed by Charles Garnier in 1861. It is a masterpiece of eclecticism. Its architecture perfectly combines several architectural forms such as ancient Greek and Roman colonnades and Baroque. It is large in scale, exquisite and detailed, and magnificent. It is known as a theater where paintings, marble and gold ornaments complement each other, giving people great enjoyment. It is one of the typical buildings of Napoleon III.

  7. Seine River

The Seine River is a major river in northern France, with a total length of 776.6 kilometers and a total drainage area of 78,700 square kilometers, including its tributaries. It is one of the major rivers with historical significance in Europe, and the transportation volume of its drainage network accounts for the majority of France's inland waterway shipping volume. Since the early Middle Ages, Paris has been built on some of the main crossings of the river, and the interdependence between the river and the city is close and inseparable.

  8. Place de la Concorde

The Place de la Concorde is located in the center of Paris, on the north bank of the Seine River. It is one of the most famous squares in France. It was built by King Louis XV in the 18th century. It was originally built to show the world his supreme royal power, so it was named "Place Louis XV". During the French Revolution, it was called "Place de la Revolution" and was used by the French people as a stage to show the destruction of the royal power. It was renamed "Place de la Concorde" in 1795 and renovated in 1840 to form this scale. The square is octagonal in shape, with an Egyptian obelisk standing in the center, which was presented to Charles V by the Governor of Egypt. The obelisk is carved out of a whole piece of pink granite and is engraved with Egyptian hieroglyphs, praising the great achievements of the Egyptian pharaoh. There are 8 statues around the square, symbolizing the 8 major cities in France.

  9. Champs-Elysees

The Champs-Elysées is located on the central axis connecting the Louvre and the Grand Arc de Triomphe. It is also known as the Avenue de Triomphe. It is one of the three most prosperous central streets in the world and is also known as one of the world's ten most charming pedestrian streets. It is the main east-west road that runs across the capital of Paris. It is 1,800 meters long and about 120 meters wide at its widest point. It is a two-way eight-lane road that starts from the Place de la Concorde in the east and ends at the Place Charles de Gaulle (also known as the Place de l'Etoile) in the west. The eastern section is dominated by natural scenery; on both sides are flat English lawns, which are quiet and peaceful; the western section is a high-end commercial area, where world-famous brands, clothing stores, and perfume stores are concentrated, with fireworks and flowers, and elegant and luxurious. Therefore, it is called "the most beautiful street in the world". The French National Day military parade on July 14th every year is held on this avenue.

  10. Sacre Coeur

The Sacre-Coeur is located on the Montmartre hill in Paris. The church has a unique architectural style, which is both Roman and Byzantine. The interior of the bell tower is square and has a large bell called the Savoy Bell, which weighs 19 tons and is one of the world's famous bells. The church has three arched doors. There are two equestrian statues on both sides of the top of the door, one is King Saint Louis. The other is the national heroine of France, Joan of Arc. It was built in 1876 and completed in 1919. It was donated by faithful believers all over France. There are many reliefs, murals and mosaics in the church. The most attractive place here is the Montmartre Square, which is the most artistic place in Paris. I don't know when it started, but this place became a large open-air studio, where many young painters sketch.
