Window of the World

　　With the goal of showcasing the essence of global cultures, Window of the World features world garden art, traditional customs, folk music and dance, grand performances, and cutting-edge entertainment projects. 　　1. Front Plaza

　　In front of the square stands the glass pyramid of the Louvre in Paris, which was designed and built by Chinese-American architect I. M. Pei. Window of the World Glass Pyramid is the entrance and exit of Shenzhen Metro Window of the World Station, on which the four characters "Window of the World" were inscribed by then President Jiang Zemin.

　　· World Culture Relief Wall

　　The relief wall of world culture is 108 pillars with profound implications, covering an area of 1680 square meters, symbolizing world civilization. It is surrounded by a relief wall 10 meters high and nearly 200 meters long. There are nearly 600 relief works on the dark red wall, which have a wide range of contents and profound metaphorical meanings.

　　· China Gate

　　There is a treasure square in the Yonghegong Lama Buddhist Temple, and the Zhonghua Gate is one of the three treasure squares. Baofang has four pillars and nine roofs, with auspicious patterns of dragons and phoenixes, reflecting the style of the prosperous period of Kangxi and Qianlong. In the middle, the four Chinese characters "Huanhai Zunqin" are written by Qianlong. The Yonghegong Lama Buddhist Temple is now a Xizangan Buddhist temple.

　　· Global Stage

　　The Global Stage is the first panoramic stage in China, which can accommodate more than 10,000 spectators. The whole stage has more than 40 movable components, so that the stage can be arbitrarily combined, spliced and switched. The maximum performance area of the stage can reach 1200 square meters, and the maximum width of the proscenium can reach 48 meters. It not only has the characteristics of the square stage, but also has the functions of the indoor theatre. The Global Stage not only enriches the landscape and performance functions of the Window of the World in Shenzhen, but also provides a venue for Shenzhen to host large-scale international events.

　　· Egyptian Gate

　　The Egyptian Gate is the gate of the Horus Temple, which is located in the Idfu area, 110 kilometers north of Aswan. Horus, an ancient Egyptian God who appeared in the form of a hawk head, was the symbol of kingship and the patron saint of Pharaohs. He is the son of Osiris, the ruler of the earth and God of the underworld, and Isis, the mother of the earth, and the husband of Hatel, the God of love and joy.

　　In Asia, there are imitation scenic spots such as Modohara Holy Well, Borobudur Pagoda, Taj Mahal, Isfahan Mosque, Istanbul Hagia Sophia Cathedral, Royal Palace of Thailand, Kwai Li Palace, Yangon Shwedagon Pagoda, Angkor Wat, Common Gate, Vasili Parareno Church, etc.

　　· European Style Street

　　The European-style street takes the European residential architectural style as the main body, integrates churches, markets and streets, and provides rest, accommodation and shopping. The European medieval style buildings are unique; along the street, they are scattered.

　　· Oufeng Street Church

　　Oufeng Street Church is a Gothic church building imitating Nordic style. The main body of the building has white walls and blue roofs. Above the door is a huge rose window. The arch of the outer wall is exquisite. The spires of the small towers are unique and bright. The doors and windows with pointed arches show the characteristics of Gothic architecture everywhere.

　　· New Arc de Triomphe

　　The new Arc de Triomphe, originally located in the center of the La Defense financial and business district in Paris, is 110 meters high and 112 meters deep. It looks like a hollow cube, like a door to Paris that is always open. In July 1989, on the occasion of the bicentennial of the French people's capture of the Bastille and the centenary of the inauguration of the Eiffel Tower, a grand inauguration ceremony was held for the new Arc de Triomphe. This dynamic modern building has become another landmark building in Paris.
