Hefei, referred to as "Lu" or "He", was formerly known as Luzhou, Luyang, and Hefei. It is a prefecture-level city, provincial capital, and megacity under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province. It is located in the east China region, the central part of Anhui Province, and the western wing of the Yangtze River Delta, surrounding Chaohu Lake. Hefei is named after the confluence of the Fei and Shi rivers. It is the political, economic, cultural, information, financial, and transportation center of the province.

1. Sanhe Ancient Town
Sanhe Ancient Town, formerly known as Quezhu, Quewei and Que'an, is a famous historical and cultural town in China and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction. It is located at the southern end of Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, at the junction of Feixi, Lujiang and Shucheng. The total area of the ancient town is 2.9 square kilometers. Sanhe Ancient Town is known as "a thousand-year-old town, a battlefield of storms, the hometown of celebrities, and a paradise for food". This thousand-year-old town with a history of more than 2,500 years is named after the confluence of Fengle River, Hangbu River and Xiaonan River, forming the "eight ancient landscapes" unique to the Jianghuai region, including ancient rivers, ancient bridges, ancient streets, ancient alleys, ancient houses, ancient teahouses, ancient temples, and ancient battlefields.
2. Swan Lake
Swan Lake, formerly known as Heyedi, is located in the administrative district of Hefei City. It is named after the swan-shaped lake. Swan Lake covers a total area of about 1,000 acres, with a circumference of 3.5 kilometers and a water depth of 3.5 meters. It has various sculptures, garden trees, artificial beaches, fountains and other landscapes. It is an open park in Anhui Province. Swan Lake is surrounded by landmark buildings such as the Grand Theater, Stadium, Museum, Twin Towers, and Radio and Television Center, which perfectly combine natural landscapes with modern cities to form a vibrant leisure resort.
3. Xiaoyaojin Park
Xiaoyaojin Park, also known as "Doujiachi", "Douyechi" and "Douyachi", was a ferry on the Feishui River in ancient times. It is located at No. 16 Shouchun Road, Luyang District, Hefei City, Anhui Province. Xiaoyaojin Park is not only a famous tourist attraction, but also the first people's park in Hefei City. It is free to enter and is a good place for citizens to relax and have fun. The park has facilities such as a children's playground, a zoo, a Ferris wheel, and an open-air square, which are suitable for tourists of all ages.
4. Lord Bao Park
Lord Bao Park, also known as Bao Garden for short, is located at No. 72 Wuhu Road, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province. It was built in the third year of Zhiping in the Northern Song Dynasty (1066) to commemorate Bao Zheng, a famous honest official in the Northern Song Dynasty. Lord Bao Park covers an area of 34.5 hectares, of which 15 hectares are water areas. The overall layout is open, mainly consisting of Bao Gong Temple, Bao Gong Tomb, Qingfeng Pavilion, Fuzhuang and other scenic spots. It is the first batch of provincial cultural relics protection units, national AAAA-level tourist attractions, and the first batch of national anti-corruption education bases.
5. Li Hongzhang's Former Residence
Li Hongzhang's Former Residence, also known as the Li Family's Old House, Li Mansion, and Li Hongzhang Mansion, is located at No. 208, the middle section of Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, Luyang District, Hefei City, Anhui Province. It is the home of Li Hongzhang, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty, and a typical residential building in the Jianghuai area in the late Qing Dynasty. The Li Hongzhang Former Residence Exhibition Hall is the only thematic museum in China with Li Hongzhang and Huai Army culture as its theme, and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.
6. Dashushan National Forest Park
Hefei Dashushan National Forest Park is located in Shushan District in the west of Hefei City, Anhui Province, with an area of 1,003.01 hectares, about 10 kilometers away from the central urban area of Hefei City. Dashushan Mountain is a solitary peak with an altitude of 284 meters, which is the highest point in the urban area of Hefei City. With the construction and development of Hefei City, Dashushan National Forest Park has been restricted by the urban road network and has become a forest in the city.
7. Hefei Rongchuang Amusement Park
Hefei Sunac Park is a large theme park integrating leisure, entertainment and catering. It is located at No. 788 Luzhou Avenue, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 400,000 square meters. It is a large-scale Hui culture theme park. Hefei Rongchuang Amusement Park perfectly combines the essence of traditional Hui culture with high-tech entertainment, with rich activities and diverse facilities, including three major formats such as Water World, Sunac Park and Movie World.
8. Hefei Botanical Garden
Hefei Botanical Garden is located on the southeast bank of Dongpu Reservoir in Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, covering an area of about 108 hectares. It is a national 4A-level scenic spot, a national popular science education base, and a national key flower culture base. Hefei Botanical Garden is famous for its integration of ecological garden style and plant culture. It is a comprehensive botanical garden integrating plant germplasm resource conservation, scientific research and popular science, and tourism and leisure.
9. Fuicui Lake
Fuicui Lake is located at No. 1 Rongcheng Road, Shushan District, Hefei, Anhui Province. The entire scenic area covers an area of 2,022 mu, of which 947 mu is lake surface. It was rebuilt from Gugeng Reservoir. Fuicui Lake Scenic Area is divided into four areas and one park. The lake is vast and the scenery is pleasant. It is a good place for citizens to relax and have fun.
10. Anhui Museum
Anhui Museum, the old building is located at No. 268, Anqing Road, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and the new building is located at No. 87, Huaining Road, Hefei City. It is the only provincial comprehensive museum in Anhui Province that integrates nature, history, and social education. Anhui Museum is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, the first batch of national first-level museums, the third batch of "National Key Protection Units for Ancient Books", and the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
