Free tickets are available for children aged 6 years (inclusive) or under 1.2 meters in height, disabled people with valid certificates, spouses and minor children under 18 years old of active military personnel with valid certificates such as marriage certificates and household registration books, and "three relatives" (relatives of martyrs, relatives of military personnel who died in the line of duty, and relatives of military personnel who died of illness) with preferential treatment certificates, and fire rescue personnel (including retired personnel) with valid certificates.

Visitors can take Metro Line 4 and get off at Datang Furong Garden Station, or take Bus No. 22, 23, 24, 4, 161, 212, 224, 526, 609, Qujiang Bus Tourism Loop Line, and Tour No. 9 and get off at Datang Furong Garden West Gate or South Gate Station to enter the park.
