    There is a tourist bus from Shaoshan to Hua Ming Lou. The fare is 10 yuan. Take bus No. 12 or 314 in Changsha City to Changsha West Station. There are tourist buses to the scenic spot at the station.

    5. Introduction to the scenic spot

    Comrade Liu Shaoqi was born here in 1898 and came here for research in 1961. The scenic spot has Comrade Liu Shaoqi's former residence and Comrade Liu Shaoqi Memorial Hall, which is a place to learn about Comrade Liu Shaoqi's life. There is also a Soviet-made airplane in the scenic area, which was once ridden by Liu Shaoqi. Compared with the natural scenery in the scenic area, most tourists come here for the "hometown of Liu Shaoqi". There is a bronze statue of Comrade Liu Shaoqi in the scenic area; the Comrade Liu Shaoqi Memorial Hall displays the life and achievements of the great man; Comrade Liu Shaoqi's former residence is an ordinary farmhouse with a brick and wood structure. In the newly built Huamingyuan, there is a Soviet-made Il-18 airplane.
