  Retired cadres, active and retired military personnel with valid certificates (retirement certificate, officer certificate or soldier certificate, military retirement certificate).

  Disabled persons with valid ID (disability certificate issued by the National Disabled Persons’ Federation, blind persons, and persons with severe physical and mental disabilities are allowed to visit for free with one accompanying person).
