East Lake Scenic Area has a good ecological environment and is known as the "green lung of the city". There are large areas of wetlands, lakes and aquatic vegetation in the lake area, which is the habitat of many birds, fish and plants. Every spring and autumn, thousands of migratory birds will migrate to East Lake to live and breed, bringing vitality to the lake area. In addition, Donghu also has some wetland parks and botanical gardens for tourists to watch and learn. Donghu Scenic Area not only has magnificent natural scenery, but also rich historical and cultural resources.

　　Take bus No. 643 and get off at Yanzhongzui (bus stop) on Luoyan Road, and walk about 20 minutes to reach it.

　　3. Recommended scenic spots

　　Tingtao Scenic Spot: No tickets are required. You can enter from the Tingtao Gate. Scenic spots include Xingyin Pavilion, Qu Yuan Memorial Hall, Canglang Pavilion, Changtian Tower, Luxun Square, Jiunvdun, Huguang Pavilion, Chufeng Garden, helium balloon, beach bathing beach, etc. Recommended route: Liyuan Gate-Jiunvdun-helium balloon-beach bathing beach.

　　Moshan Scenic Spot: Tickets are 60 yuan/person, suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The main attractions are Chutian Terrace, Chucheng, Chushi, Chucai Garden, Nanguo Zhesi Garden, Li Sao Monument, Zhubei Pavilion, etc. In addition, tourists can also experience the East Lake Eye Ferris Wheel, Moshan Cableway, Chutian Terrace Chime Performance, etc.

　　Luoyan Scenic Spot: Tickets are 13 yuan, featuring wetland landscapes, high vegetation coverage, and is an important habitat for birds. The main attractions include Qinghe Ancient Bridge, Magpie Bridge Meeting, Yanzhou Cable Bridge, Luzhou Ancient Ferry, Zhao's Garden, Ancient Tree Wonders, Yanqipingsha, Luzhou Luoyan and other eight landscapes.

　　Chui Di Scenic Area: No tickets are required, mainly including Ma'anshan Forest Park. Visitors can enter the forest park from the south gate and visit Huahai Paradise, Xiaotang Spring Scenery, Banshan Lotus Garden, Lingxiao Pavilion, Meishan, Monkey Mountain, Taiyu Bridge and other scenic spots.

　　In-park transportation: East Lake cruise has 3 routes (2 day tour lines and 1 night tour line), mainly connecting Tingtao and Moshan Scenic Area. The boat types are divided into ancient style painting boats and modern leisure boats. Painting boats are divided into 48, 66, and 84 seats. The modern boat is a 90-seat two-story large boat with an open-air viewing platform. ; 8 rental points are distributed in the Greenway Station, and you can borrow and return. You need to pay a deposit before renting a car, and return the deposit after returning the car. Bicycles can only be driven on the greenway. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the scenic area. It is recommended to plan your time before traveling. ; Donghu electric vehicles are limited to designated areas of the suburban road, and the power will be automatically cut off when leaving the designated area. If you want to stop and view the scenery halfway, you can lock the car with your mobile phone. There are two types of vehicles: single and double. There are currently 7 routes for the Donghu Scenic Area sightseeing battery car, connecting the four major scenic spots of Donghu. Visitors can take the bus freely at the boarding and alighting stations and transfer points with their ticket stubs for the day, with no limit on the number of times and routes.
