  Wuhan Revolutionary Museum is located at No. 13 Hongxiang, Wuchang. It was formally established in November 2000 by merging the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of Wuchang Peasant Movement Training Institute, the Memorial Hall of Mao Zedong's Former Residence, the Memorial Hall of Chen Tanqiu Martyrs and the Wuchang Uprising Gate Management Office (with the sign of the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of Wuchang Peasant Movement Training Institute).

Wuhan Revolutionary Museum

  1. Introduction: Wuhan Revolutionary Museum was established in 1997. There are 5 revolutionary sites: the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of Peasant Movement Training Institute, the Memorial Hall of Comrade Mao Zedong's Former Residence in Wuchang, the Memorial Hall of the Fifth Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Memorial Hall of Chen Tanqiu Martyrs, and the Former Site of Wuchang Uprising Gate.

  5. Transportation Guide: Take bus No. 11, 514, 530 inner ring, 530 outer ring, 539, 542, 554, 566, 607, 804 and get off at Jiefang Road Simenkou Station; take bus No. 43 loop, 576, 584 and get off at Zhongshan Road Jiefang Road Station.

  6. Tour Guide: The main building of the Nongjiang is four traditional brick-wood structures. The brackets and mortise and tenon joints are well preserved. The main theme is green tiles and gray bricks. They are all built on a high platform with an average height of about 1.2 meters. The trend extends along the horizontal plane and is on the same axis as the main entrance. The first row of rooms from west to east are the headquarters of the corps, the office of the standing committee, the academic affairs office, the general affairs office, the infirmary, etc. The second row of rooms from west to east are small classrooms, large classrooms, small classrooms, the third row of two floors is the student dormitory, and the fourth row is the canteen. The first and second rows are connected to the wind and rain corridor, as are the third and fourth rows. There is a large playground with an area of 4,800 square meters between the second and third rows, which makes the front, middle and back courtyards of the Agricultural Lecture Center form three courtyards, separating the teaching area from the living area.
